Here is the White House press release from 2 days ago about attempts to prevent arctic drilling.

I am gladly accepting bets how long it will take (starting at inauguration) to circumvent the supposedly irreversible decision to protect parts of the arctic. Or I could just be optimistic and declare that 2016 was not a complete write-off…

    The world is ever burdened by small minds, and when they unfortunately gain power they leave wreckage. I remember Ronald Reagan, one of our worst ever, being shown the giant redwoods in Northern California, saying “You’ve seen one redwood you’ve seen ’em all.” Asshole.

    Dear Dante, will you please carve out a special place for world ‘leaders’ who are devoid of empathy? Please?
