Telling the stories in pictures today (and a link to OPB’s summary of the climate rally.)

So many youths participated, so much energy, such urgency.

There were places to meet and places to play:

There were plenty of relevant signs, covering a wide array of topics:

Plenty of people:

A lot of colors….

And one no-drama llama:

And the nurses, after tending to an endangered bee, were in dire need of refreshments…

Grateful for all who came out, all who gave support in other ways, all who are no longer looking away.

Great photos! And clearly a spirited, imaginative effort for a vitally important cause. May the good/smart guys/gals win!

Great work Friderike! Thank you for sharing and kudos to the young! We have not done them well and I hope we can at least listen and see that some change in our direction is made on their behalf.

Each image a beacon of light into the musty cave of our New Dark Age. Final and complete enlightenment must come from this generation, the one following us, like pooper scoopers in a parade, cleaning up the mess we made.

Very powerful images of how this mess that we all created is now at a tipping point. Weill our government take action or will we all perish? It won’t matter how much money you have it the planet is dead! Thanks Friderike.
